Day 1 | Truffle and caciocavallo cheese

Morning
Arrival at San Pietro Avellana, homeland of the fine White Truffle.
Afternoon
Departure for Agnone and visit to a dairy. Here it will be possible to witness the processing of milk and the creation of small dairy masterpieces.

Day 2 | Homemade Icecream and…some good wine

Morning
Depart for Casalciprano. Here you will be able to witness the creation of the homemade Icecream (Gelato) by Master Artisan
Afternoon
Arrive in Riccia, home of wine and location of the Festa dell’Uva, where you can taste the treasures of the God Bacchus.

Day 3 | Pampanella and Tintilia

Morning
Departure for San Martino in Pensilis, home of the  Pampanella.
Afternoon

Short digestive walk in the nearby town of Larino with a guide.
